Lantern for night fishing

Seemingly the 35 hrs are at just 20 lumens - enough to just about read one's watch maybe !! ;) (Of course I know it has other brightness settings)
The low setting is plenty bright enough, 30-40m of "daylight" ;) Probably not quite as bright as setting 3 on my Petzl Tactikka, but better than setting 2, the full power I can see down the road to a bend I know to be 305yds because I've lasered it with my range finder.
There's no need to illuminate passing ships, or the whole of chesil :eek:

I've just bought what look like superb lights for a beach buddy, "rechargeable Glare camping lights" £9.16 for two from e bay.
Bit bigger than a cupcake, hi/lo/flash, claim 300lm for up to 6 hours and a built in clip to hang them.

Used them on a couple of trips now, plenty of light, no problems

Just take care when you recharge it.
