Advice New Rods Advice Needed

You should have seen the bend in them last night , 11 hounds and 1 stinger and 4 bass 1 was 52 cm . My mate got so worked over catching so many hounds he stopped fishing
Fish putting a bend in the rods don't count Mike..

Feck me Mike, when was that picture taken, circa 1970.. 🤣 🤣

Good bend in that rod mate...who is it :)

About 4 years ago zziplex hst dymic evo Incredible rods not for the weak minded couldn’t do that now these days
Father time catching up with us both now Mike.. :(

Saw my name mentioned, and had a quick scan through.

I still love the original mk2 13ft fireblades for a lot of my ray/hound fishing....such easy rods to use for mixed ground.
Light in the hand and very easy to cast a good distance.....I sum them up by saying there a lovely fishing rod...rather than a tuned casting machine that a lot of anglers just wont benefit from.

The addition of the new Glass tip version and 14ft options, now means they suit a lot of anglers...and different locations.....Cheap as well for a quality rod with a great backup from Century 👍

Thanks everyone for your inputs. There are so many options I'm going to have to have a think to decide which way to go 🤔 I popped into a random tackle shop on way home from work and the guy was raving about Yuki rods. Any opinions on these? (I think I can probably guess lol). Also still no votes for the Tronixpro Blackouts, I'm surprised no one seems to rate them. Are they really such a bad option? 🫤
