Can't say I've ever noticed much difference with my old casting rods that have had, would hate to think how many casts when I was competing, practicing almost daily going softer. Did explode my Rakata twice tho lol.

Biggest thing that wound me up with my t1000/1200 decals are not high built over, for that money it's pretty poor!

The Rakata was a puppy compared to the Thrust btw. Connie knew how to over engineer a blank

Loved my Rakata, my 3rd tip i couldn't break it.
Yes the century snaptor 😂 Love that! Mike birks kept braking them.
 
I doubt any rod will out beef the Thrust I own. Its carbon scaffolding dressed with guides. Lord knows what it was designed for as I'm 19st, County level RU, RL, shot putt and hammer and have sent a lead a measured 264.2m.
 
Like the old peni joke about size been important, might not be very big but have 19st to hammer it in with?😂😂😂

I dont like the Chinese.
They ignore human rights and are responsible for a massive amount of greenhouse gas emissions.
That simply means that I choose to buy the UK manufactured or European manufactured rod and give my money to someone who does not treat the rest of humanity like a turd.
