Why? Not necessary if most of the fish are in the 20-60yds away, unless you are FrenchThe longer the better apparently... Rod that is..

Never got on with shorter rods(12-13ft) suits my style better 13,6-14ft.Why do you need a 14ft + fishing rod?
I'd say the Graphex match or supermatch LD would fall into your requirements. Would be perfectly at home casting 4oz.I wish Century would bring out a 13ft6/14ft 3-5oz rod either Graphex/Eliminator/Fireblade range like the old TTL/TTSMLD, know the have the TTUL/TTSMLD in graphex but, why only 13ft??

Think they were out around 20th SeptemberAccording to Veals, the new 14' Century Fireblade GT will be released on the 20th of October...Not that i am looking... .But Gerry's have them in stock, odd.
Ian.
That is odd.....this thread was started after they went on sale ..... pretty sure
Yes but you might find a situation where they’d be useful. Better to have and not need…….I must admit my resolve is weakening each day..
No Ian, you don't need any more rods.
