Both those lads tested the final prototypes....so id trust their comparisons.
Ill see if i can grab one and have a fish.....ive watched my mate haul in rays, hounds on his and looks like plenty of power for most situations.

Personally id like to try a 13ft GT, i love my shorter carbon tip version, to me they feel easier to use than the 14ft......my mates though prefer the 14ft....so down to personal preference .....guess the shorter a rod the lighter , easier to use it is, at maybe expense of a few yards of casting distance?
 
So many of them out there now. Might be worth asking in the Century Rods group page on FB. You’ll get the low down vs other Century rods at least.

I have only used the FB14 carbon tipped version, or i’d chime in.
