There customer care is great aswel. Had to send a rod back after i damaged it 14 months ago. Honoured the original quote, They got it on a Friday & I had it back within 6 days. (2of those being a weekend.

I agree . Couldnt fault there service when i snapped my graphex supermatch tip section into 3 pieces .

Out of curiosity, how much was the replacement?
And how did you manage to break it?

I have one of these for long walks on the rocks, cracking bits of kit. I found it comfy to walk with and a real bonus that it holds its shape and is easy to access stuff, unlike most rucksacks.
The plastic bottom keeps it dry from wet ground as well.

From memory i think it was £100 for the blank i then had to have it finished by gary alner . It snapped mid way through a cast . Made one hell of a noise .

It arrived just before i went on holiday . Looked a quality bit of kit . But not used it yet
