Just had a gander at the website, prices seem a bit too good to be true, example Penn Casting Special £92.99, hmm, how does the saying go, "if it sounds too good to be true" etc...

Could be proven wrong though..

No phone number or email address, that's not good to be honest, and it seems to be a private address in Argyle west coast of Scotland..Not registered with Companies House either.

But the right invoice was in the box Dave, so whoever packed it must have known it wasn't reel seats, unless they just didn't look.
Still, i have emailed them, just waiting on a response now.

Yep, they obviously packed the reel seats with the correct invoice, and then stuck another customer's label on the box. The guy that ordered the puddle dipping gear has probably got your reel seats!
I would have been tempted to phone them - faster response (hopefully) than waiting for an email reply. Good luck anyway.

Fishing Republic are a nightmare to deal with and so incompetent it is beyond a joke. They were the only ones who had a rod in stock that my boy wanted, so I had no choice but to order it from them and they sent the wrong rod 3 times!!!! Useless gits will never get another penny off me

Only just realised that Fishing Republic are part of & owned by Go Outdoors.
We've got one here in Plymouth, and not impressed the couple of times I've been in there, but after Ian's experience, I think if they had something I wanted, it woud be better to Go Indoors and make sure they had got what I wanted.
