Much as I like my T900's they as going to be too long for the motorhome so may have to replace them, M4 evo's maybe being a foot shorter.2x Zziplex M4 Hi-Flex M's, 3x Zziplex Primo Synchro's, 2x Zziplex Primo Hi-Flex's, 3x Zziplex Profile GT's,(Century Built) 1x Zziplex Evolution CT. 2x Zziplex HSM's. 3x Zziplex Bullet Hi-Flex's. 1x Zziplex Dymic LT 14. 1x Zziplex LT 14 Hi-Flex. 1x Zziplex Evolution GT. 2x AFAW Match Pro Mk2's. 3x Daiwa Tournament Pro Surf's 14' 6". 7x Daiwa Millionaire 7HT Mag ST's. 3x Daiwa Millionaire 7HT Mags. 3x Penn Fathom II 15 SD Mags. 6x Abu 6500 C3 CT Mag Elites (Green). 4x Abu 6500 CT Chrome Rockets. 2x Abu 6500 CT Black Editions. 4x Abu 6500 C3 CT Mag Hi Speeds. 1x Abu 6500 BY. 2x Abu 6500i TSR.

You won’t regret buying that line. It’s the mutts nuts. The plan is to spool the reels with the Trabucco line, 30lb 0.32, normally use Asso Ultra Cast 16lb 0.32 or Varivas 15lb 0.35.
Ian.
How strong is that line as I see they claim the 0.30 is over 26lb bs and even those 555's of mine would hold 300 yards. Maybe tempted to keep the reels and fill them with it for clean ground fishing. The plan is to spool the reels with the Trabucco line, 30lb 0.32, normally use Asso Ultra Cast 16lb 0.32 or Varivas 15lb 0.35.

I’ve been using the .405mm line for a while now rated at 44lbs and I’ve had no problems with it. I’ve pulled out of snags and straightened hooks using it. I can’t snap my leader knots either. The line itself handles a fair bit of abuse. How strong is that line as I see they claim the 0.30 is over 26lb bs and even those 555's of mine would hold 300 yards. I’ve used it b4 on my fathoms good line but had massive problems with tieing the knots as it’s slippery stuff, which knot do you useI’ve been using the .405mm line for a while now rated at 44lbs and I’ve had no problems with it. I use a few of these low diameter lines Mike, knotting can be a bit tricky simply because they are skinny and my take on it is there is simply less material you are knotting so less surface area.I’ve used it b4 on my fathoms good line but had massive problems with tieing the knots as it’s slippery stuff, which knot do you use
Happy new year Pete , catch up in the new year and get some decent fishing in which has been dire for me due to work and illness, so hopefully 2025 will be a much much better year for us allI use a few of these low diameter lines Mike, knotting can be a bit tricky simply because they are skinny and my take on it is there is simply less material you are knotting so less surface area.
So more turns and making sure the knot pulls up evenly seems to do the trick with loads of spit.
I have been using Colmic Onde Mille for about five years (sadly out of production) and it can take a couple of goes to get it perfect, then you give it a proper pull if it's good then it's good to go.
The only line I have given up on is the tronix blaze I could not get a knot that did not slip....

Am definitely going to do more in 2025, let's hope Brighton is good early 2025 any signs of decent fish and I shall shoot down.
