Minimum size limits

Been talked about many times.

Small (undersize in our waters) is caught from out side but ok to be sold, Joes for eg, also many sold like Bass or Bream are farmed from abroad.

Just look at the lables.
 
So what about joeys for bait, legal or illegal.
Perfectly legal, just like potters occasionally using undersized bass and spurs in the pots, again, perfectly legal.

The rules around 'bait' are different, and with a bit of effort I could probably find the relevant link.

The law is an ass really, you could keep a few undersized Plaice and Flounder, and if checked, then say you are using them for Tope bait, which is perfectly legal.
