Chris aka Dustybin does great weights at great pricesI also like to use the Breakaway Impact leads on clean ground. They make for a guaranteed hook release on impact and simplify rigs by needing less components

There was a good guy in the local Pannier market that did fishing tackle, but he seems to have closed down, so I had to look elsewhere.
I only use 3 or 4oz grip weights - they were 80p & £1.00 respectively.

As others have said, @Dustybin is great, but I found if you only wanted a small quantity, carriage costs made an order a bit prohibitive.

Last batch I bought, I used this guy:
