So decided this morning that I wanna go to work exhausted again tonight and the only way to do that was go fishing again instead of sleep 😴
Tried a couple of my own rods today that I don't use enough of, a yuki a6 sensitive I got as a Christmas present and an afaw six and bait. One with a super soft sensitive tip and the other nearly the opposite.
Getting more tips and tricks this morning also and learning loads. The fish even showed up today, for a 2 hour session I had a dog, 6 whiting and for the very first time, 2 shore rockling.
First picture is the soft tip yuki, 2nd is the afaw.

Nice report and photos Robbie. Blank avoided! 🎣🎣👍👍

Yuki rods seem quite good. I sometimes watch the videos on Youtube by Chris O'Sullivan down in the Southwest corner of Ireland.
He's some sort of Ambassador for Yuki and has just reviewed a new Yuki Rod coming out soon. I think he had a hand in the design.

Oh yes that's right, I seen mention of it in a shop that they were taking orders for it, I think it had sold out quite quickly
