I had an invite to catch bream of a bloke in our club off his boat.
The fishing was great that day many species.
And a bream bite once you have had/felt the first is like no other.
But had the bream as many had said they taste great, to be honest i have tasted far better fish and they were full of bones.

If bones are a no no then you need an expert to fillet the fish. I don't bother about bones when it come to fish like Bream they are big and easy to deal with and the fish is eaten whole. What I hate is a bought piece of fish that is allegedly free of bones... only to fine it riddled with them!

I do not care about removing bones. as have filleted many a trout and pulled every bone out.
Also bass.
Just fillet or prepare all my fish.
But the bream we had after cooking whole had too many bones in to enjoy the fish. IMO.
