Samphire

In that case I've never heard of Plymouth Hoe,Ho,Ho.?
Been Hastings a few times with the Truck, but most of our work was London, Midlands & further up. Never been further East with me own car than Dorset.

Yes on the way out b4 you go onto a20 its been there ages

You can't enter after about 6 or 8pm but you can leave whenever as the barrier will open on exiting but not new cars coming in.
That was correct every year since 2010 but last year I didn't go there so it could of changed .

There's a whole world out there Dave.Been to Samphire Hoe a couple of times whilst visiting a mate in Chatham. Was stationed in Dover in 1965 till '67.
After 40+ years of driving for a living, doing 2.5K some weeks, the pleasure of driving any distance for pleasure loses its shine. Was talking to an ex workmate a few days ago - he's 8 years younger than me. He can't wait to get out of it, too much traffic and too many idiots.
