Unfortunately not...but two or three times I went out with my mate in his boat.
There I released my good other mate and apprentice into the world...I almost got him home although still feeling green to the gills. Then in true Tow-rag style he fell overboard just as we were tying up at West Looe harbour. The baton has been passed.

Hope you can return to full fitness soon and get out for a good session this summer. There is no doubt your session write ups are really popular amongst us easily entertained peeps so don’t let us down chap.

What??? C-Fish??? You mean that I have to go all through that over again lol.
The first time my scooter mysteriously broke down.
The second attempt it broke down again in the exact same spot.
On the third attempt I was successful and we enjoyed a sunny afternoon afternoon catching...only for me to be fined by the COVID cops returning to Bodmin. We were still in lockdown.
I got my fine reduced to £30 from the original £60 as I managed to persuade the beak that I broke curfew to obtain necessary food supplies. Good job I had a handsome bag of fish at the time I got pinched.

At the time that tale lifted our lockdown spirits!
Trouble now is that @Cfish has been awol since last June and I suspect several of us are concerned for his welfare.
If you could one day put a pint of juice in the scooter and go in search………

The last time that happened was during lockdown, and his elderly parents went into home solitary confinement for safety. Even CFish was locked out...which meant he was unable to post anything as the pc he used was locked in there too. He did get himself a moby soon after and normal service was resumed.
Really hope he's okay.

Hi Tow-rag. I had a bit of a rest from here spring time last year, about 3 months. I think Cfish went awol during my absence, hasn’t appeared to have logged on since. Bit worrying as he seemed to get in a pickle with women and drink. As he just suddenly disappeared, and for a long time too, I think several of us on here fear the worst.
I think also several of us thought you were a bit of a mate of his so would probably know what has become of him.
Maybe you know someone that knows him…….?
