With reference to Stan,may I suggest you do a search into "Alba Rods"prior to 2010 when Stan supposedly retired.I would think there are hundreds if not thousands of anglers Worldwide who are thankful for his expertise, knowledge and workmanship.It may even humble you a little.

Oh I know well the blues situation, Algarve boats were travelling to Picos Hermenious to try finding them. In the loop, now I reckon I may well be kept fairly up to date being the former IGFA Rep Scotland and also on the international committee of the IGFA. But enough marlin chatter it is a shore section after all
