South Coast Browndown last night

Hi fished at Browndown last night , fished two rods both with mackerel baits one a 2/0 hook the other a 4/0.Both cast as far as I could with the sideways wind !

Fished the tide down to low water from just as it got dark .
Started by catching 3 dogfish and a small smoothound then had a really strong pull down , as I reeled in I felt something heavy turned out to be a thornback about 5lbs. It had a horrible leech attached to it which I pulled off before returning the fish .

Fished on and had another dogfish and a whiting , stopped fishing at about 11 and called it a night .
