That wrasse looks over 4 to me, as you’re not holding it out, I don’t think?

Always hard to tell from a photo though

Yea its quite possible, no i wasnt holding it out, hard to tell as i have never weighed any wrasse but that was def the biggest i have caught.

10lb Haddock for me on a trip to Shetland (I’m the one in the middle). My son Mark‘s (on the right is an 11 and John’s on the left is a 9lber.



We discovered shortly after gutting and filleting them that the official Scottish record is 9lb 14oz
