wales still stuff

So if the rule is stay at home or stay local how could you (some) justify travelling in your car for exercise?
so would want to go for a walk around wrexham from where you live ? i just down the road from you and it crowded walking the paths , a few miles out it ok

That is not the point (i probably would not)
The point is in Wales exercise from home no matter where you live.
Some can exercise and fish (by walking hopefully) good luck to them.
Some may be able to walk from there home and not see anyone but some will as you say may be on a crowded path.

But in England the rules/advice is different, and people "CAN" easy bend the rules.

Edit; Imo by doing what the Welsh Gov have said at least even if we don't agree with it we know where we stand in regards to exercise.
