Nice to hear you met up with @Mukiwa & Merrylegs - haven't heard from Gavin for ages. We used to chat quite often. Also well done for a swift exit when the storm brewed up. As you said, Carbon conducts Lightning 'Trickery quite well!

Nice mention of the Waverly too - a mate who was a Marine engineer and a Steam nut got us some tickets for a trip on her some years ago out of Dartmouth. Incredible experience, and being able to see that Steam engine quietly chuffing away was great! ??

whats a cod ?

Either in the fish section of a supermarket, loads of varieties usually frozen in batter/breadcrumbs or a fish & chip shop.
