Took the spinning gear down to Terally Bay tonight. It was a bit mucky and weedy but I was there so gave it a bash anyway. Three small pollock and this wee beastie.
Only about a pound but more significantly my second solway bass. Took a white seeker like the first one last year.
First time I have fished the bay in a while and the last time was with bait. It was barely 10 minutes from the caravan and I knew it was a relatively safe venue for a foray into darkness despite it probably not being the best venue I had available.
