Yes, I'm not a big fish eater but Gar are one of the most delicious fish I have ever tasted

Not sure it would put me off, I've heard the stories, but I've never caught one to try it!

Sure. They're great on the barbecue in the summer. Taste really good. Don't be put off by the coloured bones.
