Hi if your ill is it wise to try to go fishing?
Mind if come from Chingford guess anythings a step up? Esp if Anywhere from around Chingford Hall est! lol

Quite a few fish a long there it's "Shallow" though plus daytime plenty of Beach Mermaids and Whales so more a night time venue there are some reports on here if look.

Smoothounds, bass, rays, flatties the mainstay

squid will catch em all, crab and fresh live shrimp will pick up better numbers of smuts n rays
fresh yellows if you can get em will bag a few bass if theres a reasonable roll on

last 2 down, over low and first 2 up fishes well enough
middle 2 up n down can be a pain when the waters running off as very shallow and constantly on the move
last 2 up n over fishes ok enough as well when it has filled up

day time, quite a few bods on the beach, nights are a better option

A bi late for the reply.
There is a chap at Chapel Point, Dudley, lives opposite the carpark entrance next to the cafe.
Usually has a rod with a flag on it in his front garden.
Sells tackle and frozen baits.
Very knowledgeable about the local community.
