Need to email Shimano UK about a fishing rod. Does anyone know if the email address is still: [email protected]

I was going to say you should be easily able to find an email address via Google, but it appears not. Shimano seem to be now referring all contact to be done via their dealers. You could try giving Veals a call - they are listed as Shimano dealers so might have an up to date email.

The only other thing I found was Shimano's UK address and phone number - perhaps give them a ring?

Thanks! - I'm a better writer than I am a talker so would prefer to email them but if I can't get an email I could phone them and read out a pre-prepared speech

Shimano UK are at 6s and 7s. I'd contact their EU HQ in Holland if your local dealer can't get a response

It's OK - I just called and got through to them straight away - in the end I just talked

It was to do with a faulty rod warranty claim, Shimano confirmed it was faulty but because they had no spare parts or spare rods they credited the vendor so they could issue a refund, but I would have preferred a replacement with the closest comparable rod hence why I wanted to ask them...and Shimano just said no
