Y , seen those weird gold petals in the eyes before, i point em out to the kids who invariably swarm around me when im catching at clacton.
Kids are so fascinated by rays , all that spiky stuff.
Btw undulates have them as well just a more pointy shape, not sure about other members of the shark family tho

never noticed them, and will look out for them from now on
