Lures.

From my experience, this are my go-to lures for these situations...

Topwater in calm conditions - Patchinko 100 in 500G which is amazing for numbers of fish, though many might be on the smaller side
Topwater in choppy conditions or for good stamp of fish - Lucky craft Gunfish 115 in ghost minnow

Shallow diver - IMA Komomo (any of the flashing plates as their shimmer lasts longer/doesn't get scratched off)
Shallow diver - Megabass Kookai Slim 120F (first/last light when the sandeels are occupied with their sand burrows)

Medium Diver - IMA Nabarone (holds it's tight wobble well in swell)
Medium Diver - IMA Sasuke - I like the 140 sand bora

Deeper Diver - Megabass Zonk
Deeper Diver - Rapala X-Rap Ayu

Soft plastics...
At night - Albie Snax worked so slow you think you're doing it wrong, little pauses and episodic few quick turns

General - DAM Effzett minnow khaki - Find these have been better than Fiiish for me and tougher bodies

Shallow ground - Sunslicker Mishna Eel or Gibbon Paddle Up (really finesse)

Metals - Savage Gear Seeker 32/40g for banging out lures into a headwind.

That should get you started with a few to think about, tight lines,
