I’m currently drowning lug on south beach Great Yarmouth if anyone fancy’s popping along. Fishing the flood tide.

Calling it a day now. Bloody freezing. Plenty of whiting. Nothing of any size. Weybourne next Saturday.

Used to travel up there for terminal tackle from Dave docra and do a couple of nights fishing. Used to be a good place for codling but assume it's not what it was like most venues?

I remember when my father used to fish yarmouth beaches, the kitchen sink was filled to over flowing with cod. Those were the days.
