North Wales Great for the time of year

Went to aberdaron beach again late this afternoon, quite a heavy surf pushing in, bait was mackerel fished on stiff link 5 hook flappers ( from wish ) we caught from the off with a small turbot, a couple of bass and some coleys, we carried on till 8pm but only caught coleys once it went dark, obviously the whiting didn’t like the rough conditions as we didn’t catch one.

Tidy session, would love to catch a Turbot. Get a few small ones this way but I’ve never managed to get one.
