Hi, apologies not posted for a while , had this one today in Southampton 4 lb 2oz, on my float rod and centrepin and bread as bait , put up a really good fight , nice to be out in the sun

Super sporting fish. They don't know when to give up. Not had one for a long while now. Nice size as well. Well done. I want one!

Yep they do go well on light tackle, I'm surprised more people don't fish for them .

Nice one, I like going for them with a centrepin and match rod as well, excellent sport, a lot more fun than banging out the Shark rods with 6 oz only to catch pin whiting and dogs !
Bread a nice cheap bait as well !!

Breads a great bait had bass on it as well as mullet,easily available whenever you decide to go fishing at the last minute too!
