It has not stopped those that have drove many miles to exercise, when the message is clear stay at home.
Well, there is always a small percentage who break the law or behave like cretins, just look at the prisons in the UK, they're always full and look at those guys having mackerel BBQ's and leaving Chesil like a rubbish tip. If we put that in context, it's going to be a tiny percentage when compared to the angling community as a whole. If you're going to be mad about anything, be cross about the underground being packed or our busy international airports having zero covid checks for passengers entering. I returned from India in early October, I had 4 Covid checks in Mumbai airport, got to Heathrow and nobody was checking anything, didn't matter where you came from. In India, they were far more strict than we are here, temperature checks all over the place and apps tracking movements.
Perhaps there is a better place for this discussion than on a catch report.
