Apart from rods and reels...?

This time of year it has to be my 10mm thick neoprene wellies. No cold gets through to your feet whatsoever, I think they're rated down to -35 or something like that. Best 50 quid I've ever spent on footwear.
What kind would you recommend? I keep telling myself to look into a pair of winter wellies, but keep forgetting and either running the summer wellies or good old faithful sambas and thermal socks lol
 
Can survive without my knife if I have my scissors and vice versa. Can use fishing line instead of elastic at a push. So I'd have to go forceps for unhooking I think.
