Anyone had for fishing over the years and did they like?

One of Zziplexes stiffest rods, a 9 rating on the stiffness chart out of 10. Don't know of any one on here who has or has used one, but their might be.. (y)

Seems to be some conflicting reports going back over time especially the olive blanks been a real stiffy 🤷🏽‍♂️

Not cast one myself but rebuilt an olive blank version a long while ago. It was a bargepole in comparison to the Zziplexs I've owned.

I think they were more aimed at the Tournament casting fraternity.. (y)

Just found this video, looks like the lad couldn't bend a stick of Rhubarb, let alone the bloody Zeteque..

He did not have long and chucked a lot of dosh at it, thanks for posting Ian 👍
Put you off one then mate.. ;)

Not sure as considering it as a cliff pole for dragging things up ledges and lobbing into rough stuff, getting dropped and scraped with rings/ guides whatever just taped so easy fix when one gets broken🤔

I’ve got a TXL GT. It’s a beast, but the glass tip makes it a brilliant long range fishing rod.
