Off to Freshwater caravan Site October 7th to 14th I've Fished around West Bay 7yrs ago which is only up The Coast Be Taking my Beach Rods and Lure Rod any info on Species Where to fish Type of Ground etc only be Fishing Freshwater so any info be Appreciated Thxs Lee
 
Left of the river mouth is rough ground, plenty of wrasse, bass, congers and some good huss. Most of the beach itself is just clean sand, plenty of dabs, plaice, flounder and sole. Chance of small eyed Ray and codling if there's colour in the water. The further towards west bay you go the more tide you get, there's a couple of mussel beds along there e that hold fish but beware the dangerous cliffs behind you. Lovely site to stay on and a cracking beach to fish.

I know I can get Bait from West Bay Angling centre Be Taking some Sticky Black lug with me what other Baits you Recommend hopefully try for Some Plaice Sole if it's Calm enough
