I have eventually got myself out. I am poaching on Phis' jetty. Waiting for water though.

I know, had originally planned on kircudbright bay but there was two cars in the parking spot so I came here. Fishing near enough in the Dee channel round there so good chances from low. Waiting and waiting here.

It’ll be a fortnight before I’m up that way again. Have to say it looks remarkably clear for the area

Doggies, 4 and 5 came in water skiing as there was a mahoosive flash of lightning. Ship abandoned on health and safety grounds.

Back home now, bait back in the freezer and sitting with a whisky. I only had fish baits so it looked like a dog fest but that would have been okay had the weather not intervened.
I was surprised to catch that many in the time I was there,not the biggest of tides, flat as a witches and the wind from the absolute opposite direction from the preferred.
Good job thd old dogs cannae read.

Yep, I enjoy my fishing but buggered if I am going to end up crispy and you are very exposed where I was.
