Well I finally managed to get out for a session on the beach after lasts week's dead arm and headache off the booster. I was supposed to be out last night but fell asleep on the sofa from 9pm till 3am missing the low tide completely (I blame custard she could of woke me but fecked off to bed herself ?).
I arrived on the beach at 22.15 low water at 00.15. it's been a cracking night
no wind full moon and a bit of a bump on the sea. On the
menu tonight was lug and bluey, big donkey chokers hoping for a decent codling, but it wasn't to be I had 7 small ones around 30 cm
and 5 whiting at 26 cm
all returned to have another go some other time. That's it for now I'm off to bed then back out again later at a different mark?.
