That the guy, who lives in the middle of the UK,so far away from the sea, and hasn't been fishing ??? for 2 years, arrives and catches a fish on every single day!!!!!
When " Der Locals" who have the sea on there doorstep are "BLANKING"

I wouldn't be using any of the motorways !!!!
Too many hold ups ??
Try, A45 from Coventry to join M45, M1 off at Junction 15A join A43 travel to M40.
Alternatively join M40 nearer your home travel south to A34 ??? Which ever is easier for you ?.
continue south,M3 then M27 towards Bognor Regis.
If you know the coast roads? Cos there are major roadworks from Chichester/ Arundel & Worthing.
I use the coast road, nicer scenery,often pop in for a coffee and a ? or cream tea.
