Thigh Waders

OK, so I had a pair of Thigh Waders many years ago, but gave them to a mate when I became a city dweller (😥😥)

Decided last year to buy a pair of (quite expensive) Dunlop Wellies, but didn't give a thought to the fact that, having had one Hip replaced, I don't have the flexibility to get both hands down around my foot to pull them on. Tried & failed.

So now wondering about a pair of Thigh Waders again, that I might be able to wriggle my foot & lower leg into before grabbing them to pull them up.
I'm a great believer in taking a big bucket with me when fishing, to put fish in to recover, washing hands, and rinsing Fish being kept for the Table, but have got my feet wet so many times trying to fill the bucket, I need a solution!

Any recommendations for a decent pair of thigh waders chaps, preferably not too expensive? TIA.
Only just seen this Dave.........

I would have pointed you in the direction of 'Waist waders', I have the VASS waist waders and have been very impressed with them.
