Surf Casting Reels

I tried the 7000 when they were released and thought they are fantastic reels and remember saying at the time that if I didn't already have tecnium mgs for carp fishing I would buy these in stead. Funny thing is I prefer multipliers for beach fish as I've always been a low reel multi user but I'm now struggling when it's cold to grip the spool due to arthritis and may have to go fixed spool if it gets any worse.

Is this big enough,£119.99 with voucher.I think the Daiwa 5000 is about the same size as the Shimano 14000.
