There was a big sea running yesterday even though there was no wind. There must have been a good blow further north. It's dropped off a bit today but still looks good for a cod or two. I always thought a couple of weeks either side of Christmas was the best time for a big fish.

Been up to Seaham today to North Gare.
Not bad at Hartlepool Headland marinas but the piers took a battering.
