South Coast sole trip mega bag.......

....of ting unfortunately! Met up with Mike Hemmings, great to meet you mate, for what I thought might be a last go at the sole with the ting being inshore in force. And it proved to be the case, a busy night with lots of fish, just most being the wrong type, although some of the ting went to 42cm and I filled half a shopping bag for some fresh fried filets for tea tonight, some fish cakes and the cat will be fed up with fish by next weekend!

I did manage 3 plaice, a sole and 2 hound pups but all small. That's the sole fishing done till next summer. One of the plaice did have some interesting markings.

Well done on clearing the seas a bit of Whiting, shame the last Sole bash didnt go the right way, but alt least you had one.

great to have meet you , yeah them whiting we’re monsters , i’m doing the same again to night but going to fish light for some sport
