South Coast Sole time

Hi peeps
A few days ago I took a friend and his good lady down to west chesil in search of a plaice, I knew his dad well unfortunately he passed away and great that I can fish with his son
The sess started slowly but kept up the rebaiting due mainly to small whiting stripping the hooks , spiders weren’t too bad
Around dusk the flats started to feed we both managed one each both returned
a tub gurnard made a appearance and
shortly after on a fresh black a beautiful
sole again returned
We had 6 species and great fun
I sorted my friends casting 70 to app 120 yds !! It so reminds me of my mentor

No hounds but a great evening

Really pleased my friend caught his first plaice (a keeper ) but he wanted to put it back thanks again to Billy (fisho) unhooking
method
