I owe you a pint Si!Nice one Mr Fish ?
I wasted it all on goat feed ?Soooooo... You getting the beers in then mate,
Yep that may help, did used to do it that way.Nice shark wrangling! Lovely fish.
I usually fish on my own and tried a remote switch for my pics but never really got on with it, as you said it’s all a bit awkward. I use a 10sec timer now and it’s much easier, maybe worth considering?
Well done again bud.
I don’t reverse it, I just guess where I am! Sometimes takes a couple of attempts but usually get there in the end.Yep that may help, did used to do it that way.
Problem is, if you reverse the screen so you can see where you’re framed, the ‘flash’ isn’t really a flash.
So had to try and judge where I was in front of the camera, awkward at night.
Daytime is easy, get it framed, take the picture.
My old phone pre iPhones was handy as it had a continuous shooting mode, every three seconds or something, so could prop it up, set it going then pose in various places with the fish, then delete the crap ones afterwards.
So does mine but it’s even more fiddly than palming the remote switch and doing it that way lolJust found out a few days ago that my new smartwatch has a function on it to control my phone camera, but quite how you press the button on the watch on one wrist with the opposite hand, and hold a Fish up in the air, I don't know! ??
Agree. Those remote switches are only about £1.25 on eBay - I bought one each for me & Wifey, and I don't think we've used them more than once. Handy if the family is here for Birthdays or similar - I can set my spare phone up and catch them unawares! ??So does mine but it’s even more fiddly than palming the remote switch and going it that way lol
I keep forgetting to take the switch or the tripod out fishing, but remembered both on SaturdayAgree.
