South Coast Pb n coggers

Theres a few showing on East Beach and Pagham Bob, but if we get the weather down here i think we are going to see some lovely bags.
Yes, Pete, few coming out along Shoreham way as well. Just a case of getting the right tides and avoiding the worst of the weed. Guess you and Nige will be off on your ScandinavIan jaunt soon?

Not a bad catch of dabs there Pete - does that mean you’re filling your boots out there now?
Smallest dab circe 5.5lb biggest just under nine and the flounders we a bit bigger.....
Came back around three weeks ago, a lot of fun was had!
The dabs had been on my bucket list for about thirty years!.

Glad you got your halibut Pete - shore or boat? what size did the plaice run to?

Best Plaice was just under nine.... the pic is one days catch of larger plaice, we also had halibut on the plaice baits.
I was using a 100g jigging rod so it was great fun.
It was all boat fishing and a great week and good productive fun.
