Fished a 12 hr club comp ere last night 30 odd fished with most finding it a struggle with the 15 mph sw straight in yer face I finished 3 rd overall with plaice ting dogs brace of sole and a pb 6 lb 11 oz shore cod big fat thing took on size 4 sole rig my go to cod slayer so not a bad day the better casters proved it’s a good wepon to have in your arsenal I had the only cod landed and the plaice were not expected with heavily coloured water quite a few bass caught biggest was 5 lb + along with small eyes dab pollock and tubs with the usal pests straps especially being a pain goid sesh tho
