Fished today (10.12.24) high water 13:30

Arrived and setup, first cast around 09:30, stayed until 16:00

Bait used - ragworm, sandeel, squid, bluey, anchovies- target species cod, whiting and conger eel.

Venue quite busy, around 11 anglers from what I could see.

Caught a dogfish and eel (weighed at 4.2lb) on bluey/squid wrap and anchovy/squid wrap.

Uncle caught 2 dogs and 2 eels (5.4lb and 6.2lb)
Caught what I can only guess was upper 10-12lb but didn't land and came off hook when trying to get up the rocks.

Saw other anglers catching dogs, eels, Ray and whiting in decent numbers and size although didn't ask weight.

Clear and calm sea with a N.E. wind from behind.

Next trip should be Friday (13.12.24)

Very nice venue and easy to get to from the car park, although a pretty steep walk back up a grass bank at the end of the session, which takes about 10 minutes at my slow pace and having to stop midway for a breather 🥵
