Incredible mass gathering of Spider Crabs...

Off the Cornish Coast. BBC and other news sites are reporting an Incredible mass gathering of Spider Crabs, also now known as Cornish King Crab. We've been seeing them all Summer and I hoped they would have Moulted and moved off shore by now but apparently not. @Cfish get yer boat out and head West to Falmouth meht!

Well we can all go and record spider crabs on there website/app! 93 and 3/4 on chesil Saturday 3/4 was dog eate other 1/4!

Yep ted enjoyed the Cornish kings but wasn’t to keen ?

Yep the big males are peeling now. Seen similar in the rock pools this year…

They have moulted and feked off here or they had done the other week when we were netting! Had serious problems with gavericks in the past my hands bare the scars from getting them out the nets! Not a new thing
