Might go to Birling Gap (between Seaford & Eastbourne) to find some rockfish that have fallen from the cliffs.

If you go, just be careful of the tides as you can get cut off at high tide

Maybe bass, whiting are the normal things. Sometimes a lobster. Codling if you are lucky at high tide. Fresh bait works as well as lure does sometimes Mike. Good luck if you go but be careful.
