Last night was my annual trip to branscombe my favourite place to blank. Finally the fish came out to play ( other than dogs i class them as a blank ) i managed 3 hounds not massive all around the 5 to 6lb mark . This was the 1st time out since snapping one of my TTSMG and used my AFAW bass pro as a substitute. Never liked the rod much before yesterday but had all the hounds on it and it was great fun . So i went home happy branscombe is a lovely place to fish and im pleased to say that this time no rods were harmed in the making of this report 😁.

Well done Reevsey! Nice report & glad you had a good trip East. 🎣🎣👍👍

Left mine at FF our am yesterday (Chichester) intending to go Chesil but the roads were clear so went to branscombe. Stopped off to or a long breakfast and started fishing at nine am and by three pm was looking at a blank. My mate who had come with me was also blanking but it was hot and sunny disspite the forecast saying showers and I had to buy sun cream and a hat for my near bald head. Apart from the stunning scenery there were some very nice ladies to look at one of whom decided to sunbathe in only a skimpy bikini bottom twenty yards to my left. By six pm my mate had two bream and a small hound to my two bream and as we put the kit into my car it started thundering and chucked it down. Felt rough when I got up this morning with a face and head the colour of a beetroot but hayho, better than a day at work.
