Amazing report and brilliant pictures! The midges are a pest but nothing much deters them my mate used to swear by a pair of his wife's tights over his head... don't know why, maybe just coincidence but the gusset was always over his nose

I did buy some “jungle” spray whilst there and it really did help… I’m not normally affected by them anyway.Amazing report and brilliant pictures! …..there is a reason the instructions say “do not spray directly into face” FYI!!!! ?
