Fancied a change so had a daylight session targeting dabs before the darkness brings the whiting in.
Went right about 200yds under the cliffs.
First rod out about 1115am with lug n mack on a 2 hook loop rig second rod a 3hook flapper same baits
On retrieval nothing on first rod but a treble shot on second rod 2 dabs and a whiting i caught a few more dabs but the whiting turned up in force.
Packed up at 630 finished with 6 dabs and 21 whiting biggest dab 27cm and biggest whiting 31cm.
 
Nice little session mate, good hall of fish.. 🎣 🎣

That's the trouble when the Whiting come along, they strip your baits before anything else gets a chance.. :(

I’m not really a fish eater but dabs are supposed to be good eating?
Your like me Mr Fish, non fish eater, but love fishing.. 🎣
