Hi all,the top hinge has come away from the cuddy, have had window off and tried to knock central pin out, stuck fast! There's two screw heads under neath to fix it back. Any suggestions please. Thanks in advance IMG_20240809_101518_106.jpgIMG_20240809_101518_106.jpg

Penetrating oil and a hammer & dowl may work.

Sounds like it's a captive pin? Can you not remove the hinge entirely and just replace it/both?

Maybe drill the old hinge out and fit a new one, if all goes well then do the other one. Good luck.
All i have to do is unscrew from frame and gently tap the hinge it will drop off as the screws do not go all the way through, there's a small aluminium tube they go into, so they don't go in far as i found out. New hinges arrived today. Will be fitting them Monday. As going carping tomorrow.
Thanks for your comment

Have you tried throwing away the old hinges and replacing them with new ones.?
